Ready to train?
If you already know you want to try a class, you don't need to write first. Never trained? Book the Free Trial Class — it runs on Mondays at 08:00 and 18:00, free, and the schedule shows which Mondays. Women can also start free in Friday's 18:00 Women's Only Class. Experienced and visiting: see drop-in. All adult classes are taught in English, and everything is bookable online.
Joining the Advanced class
The Advanced class runs three evenings: Monday 19:15–20:30, Tuesday and Thursday 19:00–20:30. Visitors are welcome on Tuesday and Thursday, at blue belt or above, as a €25 single class. Monday's Advanced class is for members.
The belt is a safety rule rather than a velvet rope — ninety minutes of advanced training is not the room to learn how to fall, and a mismatched partner is a risk to both people.
Close to the line, or unsure how your grade travels between academies? Send a short WhatsApp — your belt, where you've trained, roughly how long — and you'll get an honest answer about which class fits. That is help, not a gate: the rule is the belt, and the message is there for the cases the rule does not settle cleanly.

Prefer to write? Use the form below — it goes straight to the academy, and you'll get a reply by email.
If the form doesn't load, WhatsApp +31 6 81911917 or email marcosflexa@gmail.com — same people, same answer.
When we answer
Messages are answered in English, within 48 hours — usually much sooner. If it's urgent (you're at the door, you're lost, you're about to book a flight), WhatsApp is the fastest route.
Online response hours: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00–17:00 · Saturday, 12:00–16:00. WhatsApp is always preferred and monitored.
Long-term students: the access code
Students at blue belt and above can be given an access code to the academy, allowing them to train outside scheduled class times. Two eligible members must be present — nobody trains alone.
It is granted at the instructor's discretion rather than automatically with a belt, and it is not part of any membership. It exists because the people who have trained here for years are trusted with the room.
Questions about the access code? Ask on WhatsApp.
